dubsyndrome records is the new label and brainchild of Aural Assault Astronaut and ON-U Sound archivist Uncle Fester on Acid.
The label will showcase collaborations and new material with many established, and not established, artists as well, of course, from the Uncle’s considerable output.

Frequency warfare might be one of the prime examples where Uncle Fester on Acid underligned his signature: stripping tunes to within an inch of their lives, only to go on and create massive new soundscapes from the original source material.

showcases Polish electrodub maestro Lukasz Dinort (a.k.a. Jabbadub). About a year go, the Aural Assault Astronaut twisted his mad knobs resulted in a thundering bassbin troubler & shelf wobbler.

Uncle Fester on Acid feat. BABii – Shark Jaws
The A side sees UFoA collaborating with the inimitable BABii to produce a minimal and stripped back track encompassing UKG, grime and Bass music.
For those that don’t know of BABii, she’s racked up an impressive 2.5+ million plays of ‘SCREAMER’ on Spotify and was the featured artist for Apple’s i-phone 16e global launch campaign.

The AA on the flip side is a UFoA remix of a (sec edit) track which sees the good Uncle applying his signature sounds to a track which really is from the dutch underground – (sec edit), is a veteran in the Amsterdam music scene having made beats for outfits like Osdorp Posse, Urban Dance Squad and King Bee. Liberation Dub is a track which grows & grows into a dub techno chugger.
